America- Fat and Starving.

Obese america pictureI am a personal trainer and am constantly amazed at people who are obese and have a cascade of health problems. But more amazing to me are people who are obese and so far have no major health issues but see no need to lose weight. This goes to show how we can deceive ourselves and go on foolishly in bad habits and think that we can somehow cheat time. God has set certain laws in motion in our universe and no matter how often we deny it, making unhealthy food choices leads to unhealthy bodies. The same holds true spiritually.

How is your “spiritual diet”? In America our flesh is well fed. What do I mean by that? We satisfy the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life. 1 John 2: 15-17. We don’t just fulfill it we exalt it above measure. Jesus said to deny ourselves. We are not to pamper our flesh. Our flesh says more, bigger, better but is that how Jesus said to live? If Jesus, the Son of God had no place to lay his head, why should we, who are supposed to be his followers think that we should have a nice fancy house? I’m not advocating homelessness but if we are honest we take it to the extreme. I’m not against nice things but if we lived a little more simply we could use that extra money to change this world.

Speaking of changing things, don’t blame guns or the government for the state of this country. The Church is the moral compass for America. And where are we? Some statistics say that 55% of Christian men look at porn on a regular basis, and 35% have cheated on their wives. What we allow, the secular world will take even farther. Even now they are promoting and trying to legalize pedophilia. How do you like the thought of an adult having sex with your 6 year old grandchild and the court saying it’s “normal behavior”? It’s coming folks and most Christians are to busy with the world to care or do anything about it. What kind of legacy are you leaving your family? There is an old saying, “As the church goes, so goes the nation.” Sadly enough the church in America has fallen asleep and become the church of Laodicea.

And while babies are slaughtered in their mother’s wombs, homeless people are dying on the streets and children are being sold into sex slavery (Yes, in America. I have personally heard of a woman in a large city near me who is trying to sell her children.) Christians are going on Caribbean cruises. That kind of Christianity is a stink in God’s nostrils and he is about to spew us out of his mouth. The time is short.

Are you getting ready to meet Jesus? Are your wedding garments white or are they black with the filth of this world? Jesus is coming back for a bride whose lamp has not gone out, and whose garments are pure and white without spot or wrinkle. 2 Corinth. 13:5 says to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith. Don’t fool yourself, compare your life with scripture. Your salvation is not based on a little prayer you said at conversion, it’s based on your life since then. If you are in a church that is dead or worldly, GET OUT! If your Pastor doesn’t preach sermons that bring people to repentance followed by living a holy life pleasing to God, GET AWAY FROM HIM. He is only a man, be a Berean Christian and search the scriptures. The Bible says, FLEE FROM THE WRATH TO COME! Hell has no exit signs, and unfortunately we don’t get second chances when we die. The time is NOW.

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:

And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it. Amos 8:11,12.

The bible also talks about a time when people will heap to themselves teachers who give them a smooth message and tickle their ears, a time when he will send strong delusion because they did not love the truth, but loved lies instead. THAT TIME IS NOW! Seek God with your whole heart because time is short.

And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. Luke 21:34.

Be blessed and make sure you will be found worthy to stand before HIM whose eyes are as a flame of fire!

Can God hear us if we’re not talking?

Praying hands and flagIn a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men and sealeth their instruction.

He openeth the ears of men, in my Bible is shown as meaning, “he revealeth, or uncovereth.”

Thou hast proved mine heart; thou hast visited me in the night; Psalm 17:3

God sometimes speaks to me while I am sleeping. The other night right before I woke up I saw the word hovah. When I woke up all the way, I thought what is “hovah”? Is it even a word? So I looked it up on Google. Hovah is the Hebrew word for ruin or disaster. This word is used in this way in Ezekiel 7:26 and Isaiah 47:11.

Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients. Ezekiel 7:26

Mischief here is the word “hovah” and so some translate it as saying, “Destruction shall come upon destruction,”

Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know. Isaiah 47:11

Mischief here is also hovah and translated Destruction.

The whole chapter of Ezekiel 7 is speaking of present day America. I know that it was originally written to Israel, but just like other prophecies can have a double application, so does this one.

They shall cast their silver in the streets, and their gold shall be removed: their silver and their gold shall not be able to deliver them in the day of wrath of the LORD: they shall not satisfy their souls, neither fill their bowels: because it is the stumblingblock of their iniquity. Ezekiel 7:19

Does this not sound like America, the richest country on earth? Where most people drive nice cars and have nice homes and nice things? But when God judges this nation our silver and gold will do us no good. Even Christians can be materialistic in this time. We are so caught up in the world and the drive to have more, and MORE and MORE. Especially at this Christmas season when people on the most part, give presents to people who have more than they need and this is supposed to be expressing love.

The other day I was driving down the street in a  major city near me and the temperature was 22 degrees. I saw a young black man walking briskly down the street wearing nothing but a hoodie and with a torn, stained blanket wrapped around him. His pants were to short, and I could see he had no socks on, just bare feet shoved in tennis shoes. I was stuck at a red light and could observe some young girls as he passed by noticed him and jumped back like he had a disease or something. That young man is someone’s son and most of all Jesus commands us to help people like this. But we don’t want to get  involved, just shove some money in the Salvation Army kettle and we have done our duty, forget that Jesus said to go out into the highways and hedges and compel them to come in.

“Destruction shall come upon destruction,” How long until we see that God is sending remedial judgements to us? Do we really think the California fires, and hurricanes and not by the hand of God”

Bow thy heavens, O LORD, and come down: touch the mountains, and they shall smoke. Psalm 144:5 God can cause wildfires, and even if they were started by arson he can also put it in someone’s heart to do so. He sends the wind that fanned the flames. Do we really think God is not in control and he says “Oops, sorry that happened to you, it was just a fluke of nature, as though he is not in control of nature?” The Bible is clear that he is in control of nature and it bows to his will.

These see the works of the LORD, and his wonders in the deep. For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up the waves thereof. Psalm 107:24,25. Hurricanes are at his command.

So what will we do? Will we as Christians keep acting like we are entitled and God will continue to bless us because we somehow think we deserve it?

Go to now, ye that say, To day or tomorrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good and doeth it not, to him it is sin. Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten. Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton: ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.  James 4:13-17 and 5:1,2,3,5

Do we not see this in America? Do we see it in our own lives? Yes, God has given us things richly to enjoy, but it is also written to be content with clothes and food. Are we? Do we have to look like the world, sound like the world until, guess what folks we are walking hand and hand with the world. What makes us any different? I am talking about how we live. We need to repent and start living the crucified life like Jesus commanded. What does Jesus mean here,

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. For what is a man profited if he gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works. Matthew 16:24-27.

If enough Christians would rise up (and there is supposedly a great number of Christians in America) and protest abortion, lobby, educate people and have prayer meetings we could end the slaughter of babies and perhaps turn back God’s wrath, but we don’t really care or make other excuses. We have blood on our hands and our day of reckoning is coming. What if the God who said in the old testament, “An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.” carries out that justice here on our own land? What if he allows as many people (including babies and children) to die here as we have allowed to die? Would he not be just? We don’t have time for at least prayer meetings but plenty of time for pleasure. The time is short and we are told to redeem the time for the days are evil. Get rid of your TV. It will drag you to hell, by it’s wordly seducing ways. You are letting sin into your mind and it erodes your conscience until it’s hard to tell it, “No,” and easy to give in.

The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am the LORD. Ezekiel 7:27

Even our president shall mourn and our government will suffer. People are putting their faith in a man (president Trump) to save them. Show me this in scripture, please? I kind of feel sorry for the man for all the pressure and expectations Christians have of him. They can just sit back and go, “Oh don’t worry about it, President Trump is in office, we can sit on our hands and go on in our self-centered lives with no personal responsibility.” We can do that, but there will be a price to pay. This and ONLY this will save our country,

If my people which ae called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

God is warning us, are we listening? Repent, examine your hearts and start living for the next world, not this one.

Beauty for Ashes

heart shape ashes pictureTo appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified. Isaiah 61:3.

How do you face suffering? Are you armed with the mind of Christ for suffering in your life or will you be blind sided and knocked to the ground? Believe me, when real suffering hits your life, Satan will come in for the attack. He will whisper, “Is this the kind of God you serve, that causes such terrible things to happen? I thought he was your Father, don’t Fathers protect their children?” I know he will say similar things to you to get you to doubt God, weaken your faith and even turn you from God because he did it to me.

I was raised in a dysfunctional abusive home, married an abusive man, raised 5 boys by myself (with God’s help), and after completing my bachelor’s degree while working full time and raising my boys, now have an injury which has left me partially disabled and not able to do the job that I went to school for.

Last winter was when the devil really attacked me with doubt and depression. This was when I was unemployed with no income and in pain more often than not. I tried to tell myself that God had always provided and he would not fail me. But the burden of lost hopes and dreams was to much. I found myself thinking, “God didn’t I suffer enough yet, when I was a child, in my marriage and raising my boys? Can’t I have a little break?” But God had some lessons to teach me  in my suffering.

I had no job to go to, so I was able to spend more time in the scriptures. (This was how I got a lot of my spiritual food because for a time I could not attend church because I couldn’t sit through a service without major pain.) Now I could also pray as long as I wanted. I had some sweet times with God, and some powerful prayer times.

The next thing I learned was that when I was suffering in pain the most was when I would be more aware of Jesus love and presence. One time I was in awful pain, all bent over and could hardly walk. I went in to the urgent care clinic and while waiting in the examining room I could sense Jesus sweet comforting love and presence surrounding me. If you have ever experienced this you know that there is nothing on this earth like it. Jesus understands our suffering better than any human (most of the time others can’t empathize because they have never been through it) because he has suffered and can literally feel our pain. Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

A pivotal verse for Christians facing suffering is 1 Peter 4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin:

We are to have the same mind as Christ about suffering. Hebrews 5;8,9 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; Jesus was God’s Son and yet he suffered in obedience to God’s will. If God is our Lord and Master and has control of our lives, than we can trust that whatever comes our way is for our good, even if we can’t see it or understand it. This is how God builds and strengthens our faith.

It is also interesting that this verse says to “arm yourselves with the same mind:”. If we are to arm ourselves it means we might have to fight and defend ourselves against an enemy. When we are cast down because of pain or suffering, we need a weapon to fight off our adversary the devil. That weapon is accepting that as Jesus suffered, so will we because the servant is not better than his master and we must follow in his steps. Peter 2:21 For even hereunto were ye called; because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:

Another verse that exhorts us to trust God in the middle of suffering is 1 Peter 4:19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God, commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator. God started you on this journey, if you are letting him be in the driver’s seat he will get you to your destination.

A verse that I quote to myself often and has become one of my favorites is Job13:15a Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him;

I am saddened that some churches have no spiritual meat for their members any more, only spiritual junk food. If I could I would exhort pastors to teach their sheep that perilous times are coming and we need to prepare ourselves to stand and not be swayed or turned back from the gospel. God did not promise us health, wealth and an easy road. Instead, we need to walk the road Jesus walked which is narrow, rough, rocky and perilous. We can’t let anything or anyone turn us back to our old ways and life. Nothing to good for my Jesus, I give him my will, my life, my comfort my all. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. Philippians 1:21.

If you are suffering, lift up your head, your God sees and hears your cry. Seek him and he will be with you and bear you up in his strong arms. There are no other arms like his to comfort and give you strength.

When thou passest through  the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Isaiah 43:2

Be blessed and trust in him who will hide you in the cleft of the rock in the coming days of judgement.

For the Zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.

whip pictureAnd the Jews’ Passover  was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,

And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:

And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables;

And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.

And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.     John 2:13-17

If Jesus came back today would he drive pastors out of their churches with a cat-of-nine-tails like he did with the merchants in the temple? I believe that, yes, for sure he would. Now I know that there are faithful pastors out there who are preaching the word straight from the Bible, and I am not referring to them. I am talking about pastors who are greedy of filthy lucre and are not qualified to lead God’s people.

A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;

Where I live there is a megachurch that has 2 other locations because it’s first location (which seats thousands is to full). I have sat in the service of a Nazarene pastor who aspires to be like the megapastor. He wants to “franchise” his ministry. I visited this church numerous times and my Bible was not needed because they didn’t use it. They just told cute stories from the Bible. Forget about the Nazarene heritage of holy living-I can’t find it any where. I also sat in a UPC church and heard the pastor also make a reference to having a big church like the megachurch. I wanted to stand up and shout, “God Forbid”!

Now why, you may be wondering, why am I so against the megachurch? I visited this church also and the pastor fancies himself to be quite the comedian and singer. (No repentance or conviction there.) He also did a men’s conference (which I heard clips of) where he makes perverse comments which no man who calls himself a Christian, much less a pastor should be using. Do these other pastors really want to make a name for themselves all at the cost of souls being lost and damage to the kingdom of God?

OK. So I tried another large church (thousands of members). This was towards the end of the year and the pastor spent much of the service talking about over a million dollars the church had made last year, but it wasn’t enough, and they needed to make more next year. (Oh, ye of little faith. He needs to go read about George Mueller and how he ran an orphanage on nothing at all, except faith and prayer!) Soon after I visited this church, God gave me a dream of this pastor with a film over his eyes like blind people have, to show me he is blinded. I did not go back.

God’s house has surely become a “den of thieves”. I know the scripture says, Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. 1 Timothy 5:17. So I have nothing against a pastor who is in order with scripture, being supported or at least helped by the church. But when the pastor has a higher standard of living than his congregation, or goes out to eat all the time while the church roof is falling apart (and he begs for money to fix it every Sunday) Something is out of order. Pastors need to lead the way to heaven, which way is your pastor really leading- the broad easy way: the way of all worldly delectable delights for our flesh? Or the way of the cross, and giving up what we want for the gospel and others, the crucified life, the way of the cross?

And Jesus said his Father’s house is to be a house of prayer. I have expressed to some Christians the need for us to get together and pray for America, and they look at me as if I am a space alien. This world is not my home, I’m just a passin through 🙂 Sorry, I had to add that! Why are we so blinded that we have forgotten the judgement of God? We need to get on our knees, repent and change our lives. How many “professing Christians” are burning in hell right now? How many cold, apathetic Christians are screaming in agony as you read this? I am all for God’s grace, but Jesus didn’t die to keep us in our sins, but to deliver us from them.

Is your church a 501c3? Does your pastor have a fear of offending the government by preaching what the Bible says? The church I was in for over 4 years became a 501c3 and the pastor who used to preach the truth about Catholicism, invited a priest  to preach and pray at a service at the church! His preaching became watered down, and neutral.

God loves his church, but because he loves it he will send trials and persecution to test our love for him and to bring his sheep back to him. Soon I will be writing a post about suffering, because pastors are not preparing their congregations for what is coming. I am beginning personally to see my own suffering as something good that God is using to maybe prepare me.

I will end with the simple but profound words of a mentally disabled man the other day. Some of us were talking about the incessant rain and saying, “Well, at least it isn’t snow.” The disabled man looked up and said, “I love it all, God made it.” As Thanksgiving approaches, let’s thank God for everything, because he is our heavenly Father and we can trust Him.

Are You in Bed with the World?

Adultress in bedYe adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. James 4:4

God told me that Jesus is the “other man”, in the lives of people in the church.

Behold, therefore I will gather all thy lovers, with whom thou hast taken pleasure, and all them that thou hast loved, with all them that thou hast hated; I will even gather them round about against thee, and will discover thy nakedness unto them, that they may see all thy nakedness. And I will judge thee, as women that break wedlock and shed blood are judged; and I will give thee blood in fury and jealousy. Ezekiel 16:37,38

Are you married to your job, hobby or just being busy all the time? Are you doing all you do to the glory of God (1 Corinth. 10:31)? Or are you only concerned with your own glory- what people think of you, and what pleases (brings pleasure) to you?

For do I now persuade men or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. Galatians 1:10

Are you so in love with Jesus that pleasing him is the most important thing in your daily life?

Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. Revelations 2:4,5

I understand that life can be crazy. Our lives can get crowded with so much activity, but we need to be like Mary and choose what is most important-sitting at the feet of our Lord and Master, having fellowship and learning from him.

He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. Mathew 13:22

God told me, “My people tear and devour, they keep the best for themselves and care not for the lost and suffering.”

Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. Mathew 19:21

Who went to heaven the rich man or Lazarus?

But Abraham said, Son remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented in this flame. Luke 16:25

Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten. Your gold and silver is cankered: and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts,as in a day of slaughter. James 5:1-3,5

The sword of God is over his church. He is a jealous God and is coming for a chaste bride. The church in America must repent, and turn from it’s wicked ways back to a Holy God. If not God will make America desolate from corner to corner, from city to city. He will lay it waste. God says to his church, “For I will not meet thee as a man.”

Thy nakedness shall be uncovered; yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man. Isaiah 47:3

Because of the multitude of the whoredoms of the wellfavoured harlot, the mistress of witchcrafts, that selleth nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts. Behold, I am against thee, saith the Lord of hosts; and I will discover thy skirts upon thy face, and I will shew the nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy shame. And I will cast abominable filth upon thee, and make thee vile, and will set thee as a gazingstock. Nahum 3:4-6

God said that My people are like Lot’s wife who looked back at what God had delivered her from and longed for it, even though it would be destroyed and could destroy her (and did).

And Jesus said unto him. No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. Luke 9:62

But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire. 2 Peter:22

These things are hard for me to write, (and I also am convicted by them), but I must obey.

Though I die, I live….. Though I lose in this life I win. Unbeatable, unstoppable, I am a Christian.

Bondslave for Christ pictureIs this your life slogan? It’s recently become mine through the realization that no matter what happens to me in this life, if I belong to Jesus and follow Him with all my heart, soul, mind and spirit, then nothing else matters in this life because I am going to be with the King of Kings forever. Hardship, sickness or persecution will only last a little while but eternity is forever! Are you willing to suffer for Jesus just like He suffered for you?

Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;

That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad with exceeding joy. 1 Peter 4:1,2,12,13.

How much are you willing to suffer for Jesus? He didn’t even have a place to lay His precious head. How about you? Do you live in a cozy, comfortable house? Would you give it up for Him? What about when the Mark of the Beast is enforced, will you give up everything or go along with it? I contend that most American Christians will go along with it.

Why would I say that? First of all we are covetous. As a nation our emphasis is on our possessions and pleasures. Second we are being prepared to take it by the Pastors of most churches. Some pastors are already openly saying that to take the Mark of the Beast will not send anyone to hell. That is not what God says.

And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:

And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up forever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Revelations 14:9-11.

Receiving the mark is a sign of allegiance and worship to the beast, and there is no explaining that away.

Pastors who have the doctrine of eternal security (once saved, always saved) will have no problem telling their sheep to take the mark because they don’t believe a professor of Christ, can lose their salvation. After all, they will lose everything if their followers can’t buy or sell and have no money. (Not to mention being a 501c3, and Fema trained)

The church is being groomed for the one-world religion. In direct opposition to God and His word they support and promote homosexuality, abortion, witchcraft and apostasy. Will you stand with God or the doctrines of demons and devils? As Elijah told the children of Israel, How long halt ye between two opinions? If the Lord be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. I Kings18:21 a.

2 Thessalonians 2 talks about the anti-Christ, and those that will be under strong delusion and believe a lie that had pleasure in unrighteousness.

It seems we are in the time spoken of in 1 Timothy 4:1-2, and 2 Peter 2:1-2. If Christians don’t start reading their Bibles and doing what it says, they will end up being deceived and thrown in the lake of fire. This is the time to be vigilant and not to let our guard down. Our enemies are our flesh, the devil and the world. Are we fighting, or have we surrendered? Paul said to fight the good fight of faith. I’m fighting, are you?

America’s Humiliation

woman sitting in the dustCome down, and sit in the dust, O daughter of Babylon, sit on the ground: there is no throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate. Isaiah 47:1

God is going to humiliate America. God gave me this verse concerning America. Many people say, “Nothing bad can come to America, after all we have the most mighty military in the world.” Although our military is great, it is arrogant to say, war will never be on our soil, when our sins have reached up to heaven.

And thou sadist, I shall be a lady forever: so that thou didst not lay these things to heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it.

Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children. Isaiah 47:7-8

We know the scripture says, “Pride comes before a fall,” and, “Let him that thinks he standeth take heed lest he fall.”

The  most damnable heresies have been preached in American churches, until the present time. Now we have a Counterfeit Gospel. The definition of counterfeit is- made in exact imitation of something valuable or important with the intention to deceive or defraud. It goes something like this: Jesus died on the cross so you can keep on sinning and still go to heaven. Also He wants you to be healthy, wealthy and happy.

First of all Jesus said, “If you love me keep my commandments.” or you will surely hear “Depart from me, I never knew you, ye that work iniquity.”

Second, if we are truly following Jesus we will know suffering.

Philip. 3:10, Hebrews 5:9, 2 Timothy 2:11-12.

Jesus told us to daily take up our cross and follow Him. This involves dying to self. It is a crucified life for the Christian, not a self-indulgent one. This is not the gospel I hear being preached.

There are going to be a lot of American preachers that are not feeding the flock of God who are going to be in big trouble with the Good Shepherd. They are hirelings and wolves in sheep’s clothing. I know there are a few faithful preachers left, and I thank God for them and pray for them every day.

Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

When was the last time that you heard a sermon about holiness? What is it and how do we follow after it? Preachers don’t preach that anymore cause, “We’re under grace.” No, I got news for you friend, we are under deception.

I recently heard a Pastor say we are not really supposed to fear God, just reverence Him. That’s not what Jesus taught.

And be not afraid of those who kill the body, but cannot kill the soul; but fear rather him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28

Many years ago when I was a new Christian I heard how America would become the Laodicean church. Well, guess what? We are there. And if we don’t repent God is going to vomit us out of His mouth.

When was the last time you wept at the altar? Seeing that over 51 million babies have been murdered in this country, our altars ought to be full of weeping Christians crying out to God for His mercy on this country and to end abortion. (The blood of those babies is on our hands.) But we are so self-centered and numbed by TV that we don’t care. We can’t be bothered, just give us a cushy little “feel good” sermon, tickle our ears, (2 Timothy 4:3) and send us home. (Actually send many people to hell.)

REPENT AMERICA!! God’s judgement has been held back but soon it will be poured out on this country. The floodgates will be opened and it will be to late to Repent. Seek God in His word and in prayer while He may be found. There is coming a time when He will not be found.

Isaiah 55:6-7 Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.

(All emphasis is mine.)

Get on your knees America: Or God will put you there.

God's fist hitting the earth     Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces? Jeremiah 23:29

God’s judgement is soon coming to America. Do you believe this? If you are a Christian and read your Bible, your hands should be trembling and your knees should be knocking together because of who God is and what He says He will do to a nation that spits in His face and laughs at His Word. How do we spit in His face? We flaunt Homosexuality and some churches even welcome it. Many Christian men and even pastors are perverts that watch porn on the internet. Do you think that I am being nasty? No, I am being honest. In America we think we need to dress up sin or at least make it sound better than it is. God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah for this, He is the same yesterday, today and forever. We will reap what we sow, because judgement begins in the house of God.

People are putting their trust in a man, named Donald Trump to save this country. I have nothing against him, but he is after all just a man. We better look to God’s help to “Make America Great Again”. As a country we are acting just like the children of Israel when they asked God for a king, and they looked to a man instead of God. The only time that kings brought God’s favor on Israel was when they tore down the idols and exalted God. Unfortunately Mr. Trump has not ended abortion or gay marriage. God’s wrath remains. Are Christians restraining evil by having prayer meetings concerning our country, protesting, lobbying or by any other means necessary to bring righteousness back to America? Nope, to busy watching TV or on Facebook or twitter.

In June of 2015 God told me there would be a food shortage. In September 2015 He showed me a vision of His wrath (in the form of dark clouds) gathering strength and getting ready to pound the earth. On September 1, 2016 God showed me a gold cup that was shaking and it was so full that the liquid was splashing over the sides- I got the impression of God’s wrath overflowing.

For thus saith the Lord God of Israel unto me; Take the wine cup of this fury at my hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send thee, to drink it.

And they shall drink, and be moved, and be mad, because of the sword that I will send among them.

Then took I the cup at the Lord’s hand, and made all nations to drink, unto whom the Lord had sent me.     Jeremiah 25:15-17

Jesus is coming back soon, are you ready? You need to get ready. If you were going on a trip somewhere you would be getting prepared. You would make reservations, make sure your phone would have service, etc. But as Christians we are going on the biggest trip EVER- to heaven. If we are not ready Jesus will not take us- we will be among the virgins that didn’t have oil in their lamps. Brothers and Sisters in Christ I plead with you to examine your hearts and get ready because the King of All the Earth is coming back for His bride.

Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. Revelations 19:7-8 (emphasis mine)

But if we are not ready:

Behold I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. Revelations 16:15.

2 Chronicles 7:13-14 Pray, Seek His face, and Repent.

Be praying and Be Blessed!

That’s Raw!

When I say raw, I’m not talking about the raw hamburger sandwiches that some people in my area eat. (I wouldn’t recommend it because of the danger of salmonella poisoning.) It’s more like the bike accident I had a few years ago, when I had abrasions all over my face and body from scraping along the blacktop. Now that is what Raw feels like! Well, lately I have been scraping up against God’s word and it has made me feel a little Raw.

One day I happened across the testimony of a person who died and went to hell. What they saw there shocked me. They saw Christians who had not obeyed the Word of God. I thought to myself, “That can’t be right, Jesus blood covers all of our sins.” So I went to the Highest Authority- God’s word, to check it out.

2 Timothy 2:15-17 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

As a result of this self-examination I saw some things in me that are displeasing to God. Did you know that it is said that in the New Testament alone there are 800 commands for Christians? Now I don’t believe that we will ever keep them all but I do believe God expects us to do our best (with His help) to keep as many as we can. Otherwise he wouldn’t have said,

Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

God wouldn’t tell us to do something we couldn’t do. He equips us for this with the help of His Holy Spirit and the guidance of His word.

Psalm 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart that I might not sin against thee.

God’s word convicted me of unforgiveness of people who have hurt me. I was harboring anger and pretty close to hate in my heart, which the Bible says are the same as murder. Jesus said if I don’t forgive others God won’t forgive me- I can’t go to heaven if I’m not forgiven. (ouch!)

Mathew 6:14-15 For if ye forgive men trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

God also convicted me of my fear of man, and wanting to please people. This may not seem like a bad thing but, I would not witness to people because I didn’t want to get them upset or angry. But I need to stand on this verse,

Mathew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able destroy both soul and body in hell.

So now a hunger has been kindled in my heart to make sure that I am right with God and that I stay right with Him. This will require searching my heart and comparing it to the mirror of God’s word. So I hope you that are reading this will be challenged to search the scriptures and look into your own heart. His grace and mercy are abundant and He is drawing His people closer to himself in this time.

John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

And by the way, get ready to feel kind of Raw- in a good way!

The Candy-Coated Gospel

candy picture

The American church has lost its power. Leaders who have preached a word that has no power and has no effect on people’s lives or souls, have rendered God’s church in our time impotent. Where is the fire of God? It should be sweeping through the churches in this last day. We sing songs that sweetly tell of God’s love and greatness but not of the greatness of His coming judgement. Whose side are we on? If we say we are on God’s side then we should be in the battle against sin (evil) in our lives and in the world. But if we are not fighting with God, then we better ask ourselves whose side are we on? Are we watching TV and movies where sin is glorified and promoted? Are we not agreeing with it just by viewing it? Are we not taking big gulps of the world when we watch that stuff? Do we think we are stronger than Satan? To love the world is to be the enemy of God. But we sing songs that God is our friend. We are deceiving ourselves and being deceived and we will reap what we sow- if we sow to the flesh, what does the Bible say we will reap? Christians sit in the pews in churches in America being spoon fed a candy-coated gospel that has no power to save from sin or hell. (It has to be candy-coated or we wouldn’t want to swallow it. We might have to take up our cross and that doesn’t fit with the American idol of self.)  And someday those preachers will have their day in God’s courtroom- hopefully they will not be found to be hirelings that just followed other men around instead of seeking God. God commanded us to study to show ourselves approved unto God, rightly dividing the word of truth. How many Christians are leaving the most important thing in this life and the next- their souls, in the hands of a man? Would you let just anyone drive your Ferrari? Probably not, because you would want to be sure they 1. had a license 2. could handle that much power etc. You wouldn’t just say, ” Sure take her for a spin.” You would be careful about a car that the Bible says is just going to rust and be burned up, but you don’t take care for your soul that will last forever.  Most people don’t even check what the Bible says to compare to what is being preached in their church. This little mistake could be the one that sends them forever to live in hell with the devil and his angels. Don’t believe me? Isn’t it written that without holiness no man shall see the Lord? Wouldn’t you think that if you are not where you can see the Lord, you are not in heaven? Is your church preaching this or do they say, that is legalism or works salvation, because God’s grace covers it all. Better do a soul check- examine yourselves to see if you are in the faith. If you end up in hell you can’t blame it on your pastor- if you can read you have no excuse, get a Bible and study it. Your most important possession- your soul, depends on it.
